Our Campaign

THE CHALLENGE

Benjies Delicatessen is a local institution. The challenge was not creating a community, but tapping into their passionate, multi-generational fanbase and bringing that energy into the digital age to reach a new audience.

OUR APPROACH

Our work with Benjies is a masterclass in audience connection. The strategy is simple: we ask questions, listen, and engage. By starting conversations in local social media groups, we create a space for the community to share their own stories, turning audience insight into action.

THE SOLUTION

We developed a blend of cinematic content that captures the restaurant’s timeless feel with authentic, engagement-focused social media management. This approach turns followers into advocates by making them feel seen and heard.

THE RESULT

The numbers tell the story. In a single month, this strategy led to a 526% increase in video views, a 750% increase in net new followers, and an 89% reach to non-followers. This is storytelling that cuts through the noise by treating social media as a conversation, successfully tapping into the heart of a local legacy.
